dear blog/crochet family:
on December 23, 2009, my grandmother, the Anna of AnnaLula, passed away. she was 81 years old. my favorite person in the world is gone from this earth, but present with the Lord and in my heart and the hearts of her many children, grandchildren, great grands, great great grands, along with all the others whose lives she touched. she lived a long and wonderful life, and as i said before, she helped me become the woman i am today. i was fortunate enough that she recieved the scarf i recently made her, and that she was able to read the letter i wrote her- my grandma loved reading and writing letters. she was indeed one of the most wonderful people to ever touch this earth, and she'll be greatly missed. thank you all for the support and kind words, and of course i'll be on my game that much more in 2010 because i know that's what she would want to see me do! so keep those orders coming! here's a few pix i wanted to share with you of my lovely grandma.
